Open Board Meeting
The annual Open Board Meeting will take place under the Main Shelter at 1pm.
Per bylaws, you must be present and fully initiated to vote in this meeting.
August 2nd, at 1pm – Members must have notified the Board, in writing, of any new business topics to bring up for discussion at the Open Board Meeting.
Any bylaw change requests need to have the current Bylaw wording and proposed new wording in the submission.

- Possible next projects
- Possible additional hours next year
Member input/ vote on any issues
Nominate and elect new Board Members
