Pool Opening Update – New Date & Construction Progress

While there is no easy way to deliver another adjustment, we’re writing to share that the pool is now scheduled to open on Tuesday, June 9 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon).

We know how much anticipation there is for the start of the season. We share in both the excitement and the frustration that has come with these delays. While our progress was detoured by the unexpected repairs needed in the new diving well, we are now near the finish line.

In the spirit of transparency, we want to provide a clear update on where things stand and what remains ahead:

  • Unexpected drainage repairs are now complete, resolving the issues that previously delayed progress
  • The pool deck has been poured
  • One of the two new concrete patios is complete (located near the playset and large tent)
  • Pool painting is scheduled for early next week
  • Pool filling is expected to begin at the end of the week/weekend
  • Sod installation is scheduled for early to mid next week, restoring the surrounding grounds
  • The final concrete patio (replacing the former volleyball court) and the dive stand will be poured early next week

 We want to provide full visibility into the remaining work and timeline.

As noted in our update in early May, we will extend the season to include the weekend after Labor Day, (pool open September 12–13). In addition, we are extending operating hours in July to help offset the delayed start. Beginning July 1, the pool will open at 11:00 a.m. daily Sunday through Thursday. This early opening will run through the month of July. All member, regardless of membership type (family, couple, seniors and singles) will also be awarded 4 complimentary, individual guest passes for the 2026 summer season. These passes will operate just as standard guest passes.
