Revised Opening Date

Dear Members,

We are reaching out with an important update regarding the start of the 2026 pool season. Due to a combination of continued inclement weather and ongoing delays associated with the previously identified drainage repairs, we intend to open on Saturday, June 6 at Noon. This opening date is based on current conditions, weather and inspection schedule.

We understand how disappointing this is. Please know that as a Board, we are members too and we share in this frustration and disappointment. This is an unprecedented situation for our club, and one we did not anticipate when the season timeline was originally set. That said, ensuring the long-term integrity, safety and quality of our facility remains our top priority. The additional time is necessary to fully complete the repairs and construction properly, rather than rushing to meet a timeline at the expense of durability. Please be assured that the Board is doing everything within our control to expedite progress and minimize further delays.

In recognition of the lost time at the start of the season, we are actively evaluating options to extend pool hours throughout July, including the possibility of earlier daily openings, to help provide additional access and enjoyment for our members. Additional details on these options and accommodations will be shared in the coming weeks.

Separately, the new diving well will be open, but the platform and diving boards will be completed and ready in late June. This timeline reflects the required concrete curing process and installation schedule necessary to ensure safety and long-term performance. We are confident the new diving well and boards will be ready to host Biggest Splash contests this season — and for many years to come.

For families participating in swim and dive team programs, additional, detailed communications will be shared directly by coaches and volunteer coordinators to address schedules and any related adjustments.
